¿What time is check-in or check-out?
Check-in time is 12:00 p.m. on your arrival date until 9:00 PM with RV – If you arrive after 9:00 PM with your RV you will not be able to enter (This is to avoid noise with the neighbors). Check-out time is 10:00 a.m. on your departure. Be sure to download, fill out and print prior to your arrival: Renter Registration Information. Click on this link to download.
How Much Deposit Is Required to Reserve the Property?
– Less than -30 days pay the reservation in full.
– More than 30+ days pay in full or contact the office for payment details.
How much are the taxes and are there other fees?
-Taxes are included in your booking.
-Entrance fee of $125.00 is not included, must be paid directly to Ventura Out at the time of entry.
-The cost of extra vehicle packs and boat trailers are not included, read the parking policy for more details.
What kind of payment methods do you accept?
-We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. Credit and debit cards are accepted.
What is your cancellation policy?
-Cancellations made 60 days prior to arrival date will incur a $100 cancellation fee.
Is it possible to stay less than seven nights?
-Yes, it can be rented for less than seven nights. During certain times of the year a 5 or 7 night stay is required. If you are unsure, please check with the office before booking.
Can I park my boat at the marina of the unit for the duration of my reservation?
Yes, you can park your boat at the unit marina, the boat, jet ski, canoe, dingly, ect, has to be less than 25′ foot.
Is the property pet-friendly?
-Yes, two pets are allowed, they must comply with the rules and regulations of Venture Out Pet.
Is parking included?
Yes, parking for 1 vehicle is allowed in the unit. If you arrive and your vehicle does not fit in the driveway, you will be asked to park your vehicle in the additional parking lot within the park at a rate of $5 per night.
Will we be reimbursed in the unlikely event of a hurricane?
Yes, in the event of a mandatory hurricane evacuation order, you will be reimbursed for nights you are unable to use the property. Otherwise, no refunds will be provided for inclement weather.
